Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in brand new, unworn, unassembled, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There is a 30% ~ 50% restocking fees for all returns. No exception. 

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at infinifurnishings@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 15915 Euclid Avenue, Chino CA 91708. Buyers pay for the return shipping fees (if any).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RMA# and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without the RMA# will not be accepted.

Clearance item is not entitled for return/exchange/refund. All sales are final.

Defects/Damages and issues
All claims (defective, damaged item or if you received the wrong item) must be reported to us through email at: infinifurnishings@gmail.com within 24-hour of the order reception date. DO NOT ASSEMBLE or USE the item, If you do, any defects or damage will be considered the result of improper use, and all claims will be denied. Please rest assured that all of our products are brand new sealed in factory box. We do not sell used or returned items.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale, promotional, clearance items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All shipping/delivery and other related service fees are non-refundable.

 

Order cancellation
All the credit card / financing transaction fees (between 3% to 6%) are non-refundable. An additional 20% order cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount. No exception.
